Martin has written to inform us that Padis fed the chicks on the 4th of June at the following times: 06:33, 13:45 and 18:48 hours. The visits to the nest were short and went unnoticed by us, and so we're grateful to Martin for his quick eye and attention!
The clear weather has cold nights with temperatures around four degrees—the warmth of summer is still before us. Donna was in the nest at dawn to check things out and both parents have fed the birds.
