Orchid exhibition 26. 02. — 6. 03.
Orchids have an exceptional position in the plant kingdom. They charm with their mysterious beauty and turn a routine day into an exciting adventure in the world of plants. Species of natural origin are exposed in the orchid exhibition together with varieties bred and cultivated by people. In addition to the familiar genus Phalaenopsis, the visitors can see a broad range of other tropical orchids: various species from the genera Paphiopedilum, Vanda, Cymbidium, Epidendrum, Dendrobium, Masdevallia, Oncidium etc. Highlights of the exhibition are rare natural species from different places of the world. During the exhibition, experienced specialists provide good advice on how to grow orchids at home.
