Two young white-tailed eagles were at the nest looking it over. You can see for yourself that the tail feathers have not turned white yet.

 

The curious young birds keep company in the fair weather and check up the homes of older conspecifics. These birds will not breed yet this year. Young birds roam around in a wide area compared to breeding adults that are quite sedentary.
