When there is a little more daylight the camera can start working at noon.

 

The night of January 21^st was cold even at the seashore - -10 degrees. There was a light southerly wind and compared to two days earlier, more “ice soup” to be seen because the water held barely half a degree of warmth. Some pieces of ice were so large that the grays could be rafting on them despite their weight of more than a hundred kilos – of course the  fun mostly for the young animals.
