A few minutes past 11 o’clock in the evening…

 

In daytime Klaara still clacked eggs audibly. By now we have 4 hatched owl chicks.

 

What more to see: Klaara has crushed nearly all the egg shells that might hurt the chicks on the edges of the nest hollow (a larger piece of shell is visible at about 10 o’clock).

 

She has a rodent brought by Klaus in the ”pantry” but feeding four mouths is not easy for the owl parents.
