Tõnn toured Finland

From the data of yesterday evening it seems that our year-old greater spotted eagle Tõnn has made a ten-day tour of southern Finland. And Lapland is not really a good place for a spotted eagle, not even for visiting – no night darkness for sleep, harassing from snowy owls and clouds of mosquitoes swirring around all the time ...
Yesterday Tõnn stayed near Sastmola in western Finland. That he stayed the whole day in the same place is a bit disturbing, but that may depend on bad weather. (Maybe someone remembers the weather around there more in detail?)
After arriving in Finland on May 22, Tõnn flew up to the coast of the Baltic, then turned south, then again towards north. Yesterday he was back in the same district – so around Sastmola there was a chance to meet a greater spotted eagle on May 23-24, and again on June 1-2 (maybe even today as well?).
