Teadus.ee: Summer school goes into the air

Teadus.ee has arranged summer schools for four years now. The themes have been water, fire, air, earth, and participants have been a hundred and more.

There will be a teadus.ee summer school this year quite as in the previous four years. It will take place in the Käsmu Maritime Museum, on August 28-30, the last weekend of August.

The theme: “Ether: making it visible by the invisible.”

Lecturers and subjects range far and wide: starting from physics, and going by way of the universe, music and ether media to arrive at the bootleggers of Käsmu and new chemistry.

There will be food, and the celebration of the Baltic Sea Night of Bonfires

Speakers who have already signed up are Jaak Kikas, Aigar Vaigu, Piret Keres, Ülo Kaevats, Toomas Paul, Aarne Vaik, Urmas Sisask, Tõnu Tepandi, Tiit Kändler, Peeter Burk. But the list is far from closed. So sciences and music as well as many other fine arts will be presented and discussed
